On Saturday, 11/9/2019 at 10:00 PM through Sunday, 11/10/2019 at 2:00 AM, TelWare Engineers will be upgrading all 3CX cloud customers to Version 16.0.3. During this window, the phone service in all facilities may be interrupted in a few 1-5 minute windows. We do not expect there to be any extended phone service outage to the site.
