On Saturday, 3/14/2020 at 10:00PM through Saturday, 3/14/2020 at 11:59PM EDT, TelWare Engineers will be performing updates to all cloud customers. During this window, the phone service in all facilities may be interrupted in a few 1-5 minute windows. We do not expect there to be any extended phone service outage to the site.
